Event Participation
- All participants MUST be students of Allegheny College.
- All participation MUST be carried out on-site/campus.

Team Formation
- Form diverse teams of up to 3 members, ideally from different academic backgrounds.
- Don't have a team? No worries! We'll help you connect with potential teammates.
- Solo participants are welcome to join existing teams during the event.
Project Requirements
- Fresh Start - All projects must be built during the hackathon timeframe.
- Tech Stack - Feel free to use any open-source libraries, APIs, and frameworks (with proper attribution).
- Original Work - Your project must be your team's own creation.
- Code of Ethics - Follow Allegheny College's Code of Conduct and ACM's ethical guidelines.
Judging Criteria
- Innovation Through Collaboration - How well does your solution combine different perspectives?
- Technical Achievement - Is the solution reliable, polished, and well-implemented?
- Real-World Impact - Does it effectively address a meaningful challenge?
- Teamwork and collaboration - How well did the team leverage everyone's strengths?
- Clear Communication - Can you effectively explain your solution?
Project Showcase
- Submit your project by the Sunday showcase deadline.
- Prepare a live demonstration that shows your solution in action.
- Be ready to share how your project brings together different perspectives.
- Your presentation should cover both technical implementation and user experience.
Community Standards
- Inclusivity - Respect and welcome all participants regardless of background.
- Academic Integrity - Maintain high ethical standards in your work.
- Positive Space - Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Support Others - Help and encourage your fellow participants.
